Titan InvoiceFlow is a quotes-and-invoicing application for iPhone, iPad and Mac, published by the Titan App Suite. This policy explains what information the app handles and where it goes.
The app stores the business records you create: your company profile, the users you add, customers, catalogue items, quotations, invoices, payments and an audit trail of actions taken in the app.
Each device keeps its own copy of these records, so the app keeps working with no signal at all. That copy is also mirrored to your company's shared workspace, which is what lets the office see a quotation a technician raised on site, and the technician see a price the office changed this morning.
The shared workspace is hosted for us by Google, using Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Google processes this information on our instructions as our service provider, and its servers may be outside South Africa. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Every person signed in to the same company sees the same records — that is the point of a shared workspace. Nobody outside your company can read them: access is granted only by invitation from a Director or Administrator at your company, and is enforced on the server, not just in the app.
Each user account has its own password, and it is never stored as text anywhere. Your device keeps a salted, repeatedly hashed value that cannot be reversed, which is what lets you sign in with no connection. The same password also opens your company's shared workspace through Firebase Authentication, which stores its own irreversible form of it. Neither we nor Google can read your password.
To reach the shared workspace, the app records your email address and an account identifier issued by Firebase, together with the name and role your Director gave you. A Director or Administrator can also set a new password for someone from the Users screen.
The app does not collect your contacts, photos, location, browsing activity or advertising identifiers, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks. It does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the hosting provider named above, who acts only on our instructions.
The Titan InvoiceFlow Pro subscription is purchased through Apple. Payment is processed entirely by the App Store; we never see or store your card details. Apple tells the app only whether an active subscription exists. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings.
When a customer signs a quotation on your device, the signature is saved with that quotation and travels with it into your company's shared workspace, so the office can see the accepted document. It is shown only on the quotation and the invoice raised from it, and it is never used for anything else.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: open Settings → Your account → Delete Account, or use Delete Account on the subscription screen. Deletion is immediate and permanent — no request, no waiting period, and no need to contact us.
Deleting your account removes your membership of the company's shared workspace and deletes the sign-in account behind it, so that email address can no longer reach any of your company's records. Every business record held on the device is erased at the same time if yours was the last account on that device: company profile, users, customers, catalogue, quotations, invoices, payments and audit trail. If colleagues still have accounts on the same device, their records stay there so they can carry on working. Deleting the app itself also removes all of its stored data.
Your company's own records stay in the shared workspace, because they belong to the company and your colleagues are still working from them. If you need the company's workspace itself removed — for example when the business closes — write to us at the address below and we will delete it.
Deleting your Titan InvoiceFlow account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that separately in your App Store account settings.
On your device, records are stored in the app's own container and are protected by your device's security, including the device passcode and Apple's file protection.
In transit, everything between the app and the shared workspace is encrypted with TLS. In the workspace, records are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider, and access is governed by rules enforced on the server: a request is checked against your company membership and your role before anything is read or written, so being signed in to the app is not by itself enough to reach another company's records.
Titan InvoiceFlow is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
